5. At CASA the Facilitator and collective members live communally and make consensus based decisions. Living and working in Chiapas is an intense experience and as a part of the collective you will be responsible for the ongoing support and conflict mediation of other members. What would be your strengths and weaknesses in these areas and what have you found challenging in past experiences?
